Ellevoro's rebranding and decoration after opening its doors to the public once again reestablishing its presence in the Athenian scene. A restaurant whose name derives from an ancient Greek word for a herb that helps with digestion (colloquialism: «this is when you refuse to stop eating even though you are full»). In Greek «yaya», «γιαγιά» means nana or grandma and grandmothers are normally the ones to keep hold onto the best food recipes and execute them even better and so does yaya Sofia. Sofia is who passed the knowledge down the two new generations in this newly refurbished Greek tavern by the Acropolis in Athens. 5 animals for 5 of the main dishes initially the tavern introduced, accompanied with an unforgettable experience in a warm-hearted environment.
