This animated film forms part of a world-class onboarding experience for HSBC Wealth, designed to give new starters the technical confidence and human understanding they need to succeed.

Built for a younger, under-30 audience, the programme blends Global Investement Centre, Life and InvestDirect into a cohesive learning journey that is flexible, practical, and engaging, making complex knowledge more digestible while empowering colleagues to become self-sufficient, customer-first problem solvers.

Visually, the film takes inspiration from both traditional and digital finance, connecting the engraved textures of conventional wealth with the pixelated surfaces of modern trading platforms and simulators. Torn paper, soft layers, and subtle motion sit alongside flickering data and stock-market cues, creating a look that feels crafted, contemporary, and alive. Rather than relying on heavy colour, the identity is shaped through texture and movement, with a human tone that reminds viewers there is a real person behind every query.

The result is a film that makes the environment feel relatable, the learning feel safe, and the purpose clear. Putting people at the heart of everything HSBC does.
